1. What does clothing customization involve?
Customization involves hand-painting clothing based on individual designs. Each pattern is made to order and tailored to your preferences, so you receive a unique product that won’t be replicated on other clothes.
2. What does the ordering process look like?
Orders can be placed via the Order Form, directly through email at erizocustom@gmail.com, or via private messages on Instagram.
To start, it’s required to provide the measurements or size of the selected clothing item (e.g., jacket, shoes), as well as the design idea. You can also include your own photos or graphics to serve as inspiration. Based on this, we will prepare a design and a custom price quote just for you.
Sending the base product (jacket, shoes) as a deposit is the only way to reserve a spot in the queue and confirm the order (you can also send the amount needed to purchase the base). Before starting the project, I will send a visualization for approval.
3. How long does it take to complete an order?
Since each project is handmade from scratch, the completion time is 2 to 3 months . I strive to perfect every detail, which is why this process takes time.
4. Can you repeat a pattern?
No, each project is unique , and I never repeat the same designs. This means your product will be one of a kind, created especially for you.
5. What clothing items can I personalize?
I specialize in personalizing various types of clothing, including:
- Jackets (jeans, leather, etc.)
- Boots (sneakers, sport shoes, etc.)
- Weightlifting belts

6. What paints are used for painting clothes?
I only use the highest quality acrylic paints for artistic painting on sneakers, clothing, and accessories—Tarrago Sneakers Paint.
7. Are personalized products waterproof?
Yes, each custom piece is lacquered and thermally protected, making it resistant to all atmospheric conditions.
8. Can I design the clothing myself?
Yes! I encourage you to share your ideas. You can provide a sketch, photo, or simply describe your project in the order form. Based on that, I will create an original and unique design.
9. Can you accommodate my budget?
I price each project individually, depending on the level of complexity and the size of the order. If you have a specific budget, please let me know, and I will do my best to find a solution that is satisfactory for you.
10.Do you accept refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of the products, returns are not possible. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact me—I care about your satisfaction and will do my best to resolve any problems.
11. How should I care for hand-painted clothing?
I recommend gentle hand washing or washing at a low temperature, inside out, to protect the painting. Detailed care instructions will be included with each order.
12. Is there a possibility of international shipping?
Yes, I offer shipping to any location in the world. No matter where you are, I can fulfill your order and deliver it to the specified address. The cost and delivery time depend on the location and will be determined individually.
