General Terms

  1. The online store is operated by Erizo Custom Kamila Dziekońska, located in Siedliska, address: Siedliska 28, 11-510 Siedliska, NIP: 8452000221, REGON: 522241580, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."
  2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, and entering into distance contracts.

II. Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity that uses the Store and places an order.
  2. Shop – platforma internetowa prowadzona przez Sprzedawcę pod adresem www.erizocustom.pl
  3. Goods – products offered by the Seller through the Store.
  4. Sales Agreement – a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer at a distance, based on the law and these Terms and Conditions.

III. Rules for Using the Online Store

  1. The Customer is required to use the Store in accordance with the law, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, and good practices.
  2. To place an order in the Store, the Customer must have an active email account and an internet-enabled device.

IV. Placing Orders and Execution

  1. Orders can be placed via the form available on the Store's website.
  2. After placing an order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of the order.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order in the following cases: a) providing incorrect data by the Customer, b) lack of availability of Goods.
  4. The order fulfillment time is from 2 to 14 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

V. Prices and Payment Methods

  1. All prices in the Store are gross prices and include VAT.

  3. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

VI. Delivery

  1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
  2. Delivery cost - Poland 18.99 via InPost - EU 79.99 via FedEx - Rest of the world 179.99 via FedEx
    • Wysyłka na terenie Polski: 18,99 zł (paczkomat InPost).
    • Wysyłka na terenie Unii Europejskiej: 79.99 zł ( kurier FedEx)
    • Wysyłka poza Unią Europejską: 179,99 zł (kurier FedEx).
  3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the receipt of the Goods, without providing a reason.
  2. Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, Klient musi poinformować Sprzedawcę o swojej decyzji, wysyłając odpowiednie oświadczenie:

  4. Refunds for returned products will be made within 14 days of the Seller’s receipt of the returned Goods.

VIII. Complaints and Warranties

  1. The Seller is responsible for product defects according to the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the email address Erizocustom@gmail.com or by mail to the Seller’s address.
  3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

IX. Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller is the administrator of the Customer's personal data.
  2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and for other purposes consistent with the provisions of the law.
  3. Detailed information regarding personal data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
  2. In matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act apply.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.
